Instructor Ina Marlowe
- Ina Marlowe is a prominent American theatre director with a notable career over many decades, in major theatre hubs such as New York, Chicago, and now Denver.
- In Chicago, she has served as Producing Artistic Director of both Organic Theater Company and Touchstone Theatre, which she founded.
- Since moving to Colorado, she has directed plays at Denver Center Theatre Company, University of Colorado Boulder, Metro State University, and University of Denver where she has been an adjunct professor in theatre.
- The Chicago Tribune named her one of the Outstanding Chicagoans in the Arts. Ms. Marlowe is a two-time past board member of the League of Chicago Theatres and two-time member of the Theatre Panel of the Illinois Arts Council. Other honors include a Joseph Jefferson Award and the Distinguished Alumni Award from DePaul University.

CLASS DETAILS
- Time: Wednesdays 12:30 – 2:30
- Dates: Six Consecutive Weeks 4/17 – 5/22
- Location: Colorado School of Acting LAKEWOOD STUDIO, 7861 W Jewell Ave, Lakewood, CO 80232
- Students: Open to Adults of All Ages. There is no prerequisite – all levels are welcome, including beginners. The expert coaching will allow each actor to work and learn at their own levels.
CURRICULUM
- Selecting a Scene: Ina will guide Actors in selecting a scene specifically for their needs.
- Structuring a Scene: Actors learn how to score their script using beats, intentions, actions, and obstacles.
- Working with a Text: Actors read their script using the structure that they created.
- On our Feet: Actors rehearse the piece with coaching from Ina.
- Performing a Scene: In-Class Showcase during Week 6 Final Class!

Instructor Dyane Filip
- Dyane’s skillful voice can be heard in film and TV work, and in dozens of national commercials for the likes of McDonalds, Head & Shoulders, and Raisin Bran.
- She is passionate about teaching and has guided voice actors for decades, both in classes and as an on-set coach.
- Ms. Filip is the only woman to have performed as the Public-Address Announcer for the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field.
- Ask anyone who has worked with Ms. Filip in New York, LA, Chicago, or Denver, and they’ll tell you: Dyane will help you find the best and the most fun way to do voice acting work.
